New bed!

Finally, I have bought an iron bed! I found this in the swedish e-bay, Tradera, and it was in need of renovation as you can see in the picture at the bottom.

I'm not that fond of stuff of gold so I just painted it all in black paint and glued all pices together.

I also built a base of foam board and painted that as well.

The mattress is made of a few layers of fleece blanket that I lined with plaid fabric that I sewed a few stitches.

I have no place for this yet, but will probably be something new projects later on...

I'll make the bed in shabby chic style in white linen, lace and fluffy quilt. So maybe there will be a   new french shabby chic bedroom. I have an empty wooden box (the same as my other roomboxes)waiting to be transformed into a doll house roombox...
